Information about Colonic Irrigation
Did you know that your intestines have the surface area the size of a tennis court and that your large intestine is 1.5 metres long and 6.4 cm in diameter?
Our modern diet and lifestyles has led to a build up of toxic faecal waste that is accumulating in the pockets of your large colon and is becoming 'glued' to your colon wall.
For this reason, even if you go to the toilet everyday you are still accumulating waste in your colon over days, months and years.
Colonic Irrigation is a safe and effective method to gently cleanse your large intestine with repeated gentle flushing with warm water under very low pressure. Specialised skillful deep abdominal massage techniques will be used to help you to relax and to soften and loosen the waste and stimulate peristaltic movement.
Did you know that Colon cancer has the second highest incidence and mortality rate of any cancer tumour in Spain, behind only lung cancer for men and breast cancer for women?
Throughout Europe the rate of Colorectal cancer is increasing and sadly 149,000 people died from Colon cancer in Europe in 2008.
